As we step into 2025, I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy and fulfilling year!
I’m excited to share that on December 31st, from 6 to 9 PM, I’ll be unveiling my current exhibition, To the North Pole and Back, in collaboration with Tacoma Light Trail (TLT). This 3-channel video, light, and sound installation is inspired by my 2023 Arctic Expedition and reflects on nature’s delicate balance.
This project would not have been possible without the support of so many of you who helped me reach Svalbard (Norway) in 2023. A heartfelt thank you to all of you.
A special thanks also to Marcell Marias, one of this year’s TLT guest curators, and the Seattle Office of Arts & Culture for their continued support. It’s wonderful to be back in Tacoma, a place close to my heart, where I worked on the Winter, Season of Light in 2000 with the amazing Season of Light Committee.
Together, let’s honor Tacoma’s legacy and envision a sustainable future through the lens of art.
Wishing you all a creative and inspiring 2025!
